Her grandmother was acting strangely standing next to an old chimney 12 meters high, inside it was dark and could not see the bottom. The repetitive action made passersby think she had mental problems, so she did so, some people thought that there must be hidden treasures inside, so the old woman did not dare to leave for fear of being stolen.
Closer to ask, there is a stray kitten that has fallen to the bottom of this chimney. Two weeks ago, she saw the kitten by the fence, it seemed very hungry, she lovingly brought it food every day. Until the day after going up to the fence to feed her, she discovered that it had disappeared, she kept looking around but couldn’t find it, until she pressed her ear to the chimney and called to know when it had fallen in there.
She struggled to know how to rescue it, shining a flashlight into the chimney could not determine the exact location of the kitten. She had to put food in plastic bags tied with strings and drop them down the chimney, feeding the kittens to fight hunger. Unexpectedly, the cat always ate all the food she gave her, she was reassured because the cat had eaten all the food, proving it was fine.
She reached out to a team of volunteers for help, who quickly measured the height of the chimney, which is almost the height of a 4-story building. Then they put a camera in to pinpoint the exact location of the kitten, in the small escape tube, the cat was actually trapped in it.
The volunteer team began a plan to rescue the cat. The first time they tied a cloth bag, they certainly hoped that the cat would jump in and pull it up, but the cat was afraid of 2 dodging. The second time, they tied the net racket to the tube and dropped it, also failed. Finally, the old woman took them down to the opening of the drain on the first floor, but the hole was blocked. They had to break a hole in the chimney to save the cat. When the hole was created, the cat was too scared to go out, the rescue team had to use cloth bags and newspapers to make the cat extremely scared, rushing out. The rescue was successful.
They brought the cat to the veterinarian, the general checkup was still stable, even fatter a lot. Thank you so much for taking care of the old woman and the rescue team
